Project 1 – Sent 224 SchoolBags to the children of the Karura School through Alice Macaire, chair of the group called Friends of Karura Forest and wife of the former British High Commissioner.

Project 2 – Alice took 70 SchoolBags back to Kenya in her extended baggage allowance when she flew to Kenya for Christmas.

Project 3 – ‘In Country’: SIAB funded 850 SchoolBags for the children of Cheleta School in association with their partners Friends of Karura Forest.

Project 4 – ‘In Country’: Through corporate funding from SAP, SIAB worked with Etatu to put together 402 SchoolBags for the children of Msambweni Primary School near Mombassa. The SchoolBags included solar torches to replace the eating utensils, which were not needed.
